Peace Boat Appeal
for Volunteers
Peace Boat has been supporting
the survivors of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami in Ishinomaki
since March 17. We have made a long term commitment to the community, and we
are continuing to aid recovery through a variety of projects. We are appealing
for Japanese-speaking volunteers in particular to help with our psychosocial
care projects in the Temporary Housing Complexes. We are also appealing for
English-speaking volunteers to help on other projects running in the area.
