津田塾大学オープンスクールの国際機関・国際協力研修プログラムの一環として
「国際開発と現場をつなぐInternational Development Seminar」を開催します。このセミナーでは国際開発・協力の課題など、現場のニーズに即した知識の習得を目的としています。セミナーはワークショップ形式で行います。

団体概要: 学校法人アジア学院
アジア学院は、1973年の創立以来アジア、アフリカ、太平洋諸国の農村地域から、その土地に根を張り、その土地の人々と共に働く“草の根”の農村指導者 (Rural Leader)を学生として招き、栃木県西那須野のキャンパスにて、国籍、宗教、民族、習慣、価値観等の違いを認めつつ、公正で平和な社会実現のために、 実践的な学びを行っている学校です。アジア学院では、研修を受ける金銭的な余裕のない草の根で働く人々に研修の機会を与えるため、海外からの学生渡航費、研修費をほぼ全額負担しています。そしてこのアジア学院の活動は、皆様のご厚意と寄付によって支えられています。 

スピーカープロフィール: 
荒川 朋子(あらかわ ともこ)
国際基督教大学教養学部卒。ミシガン州立大学大学院社会学修士課程終了。1995年より学校法人アジア学院(栃木県那須塩原市)勤務。2003年~2010年教務主任。2004年より副校長兼務。2010年より副校長・事務局長。

大柳 由紀子 (おおやなぎ ゆきこ)
東京農業大学農学部卒。1995年青年海外協力隊野菜隊員としてサモアに赴任。2002年より学校法人アジア学院(栃木県那須塩原市)勤務。2002年~2004 食品加工担当。2004年~2010 野菜・作物担当。2010年より 教務主任。
