recognised fisheries certification and eco-labelling organisation whose
mission is to contribute to reversing the decline in global fish stocks by
identifying and promoting the best environmental seafood choices.

With offices in London, Sydney and Seattle we are now seeking an outstanding
individual to lead and develop MSC's presence in Japan. This new and
exciting role, reporting to MSC's Asia Pacific Regional Director, will be
responsible for engaging with Government, the commercial sector (from
harvest, through processing to retail and ultimately food service), consumer
organisations and the non-government sector to promote awareness of the MSC
programme. Outreach activities will be specifically targeted at engaging
with and encouraging new Japanese fisheries into the third party assessment

Peace Boat needs your books!
"Eritrea... where's that?" You may be wondering ...STACEY PSC volunteer
will be going to in the next few months while volunteer teaching on the
Peaceboat's 56th voyage.

One of the projects that is being organised for the voyage leaving on the
25th February, is the collection of English Textbooks (of any level) to a
community group in Eritrea so that they have some resources with which
people can organise lessons or teach themselves English. So hereユs a good
chance to do a bit of spring cleaning and get rid of those old english
texts you donユt use anymore...if you have any textbooks, flash cards,
