About the show
'Confusions' by Britain's most prolific playwright, Alan Ayckbourn, is a collection of five short interlinked one-act plays exploring the themes of loneliness and infidelity. Stressed mother of 3, Lucy, copes with motherhood and nosey neighbours, while travelling salesman husband, Harry, tries to get a girl back to his hotel room. Pillar of the community Mrs Pearce discovers what her husband has really been up to on his business trip, while Gosford tries to maintain some respect at a fete where everything is going wrong. This hilarious collection has something in it for everyone -and the children will enjoy it too!
